Embodying the Heart of Pitt County
Galloping Grazes is a family-owned and operated farm, established in 2020. Originally beginning because of our love for our equine family, our mission grew exponentially over quarantine. During this time, owners and entrepreneurs, Ashley & Randy Robbins’ long-term hobbies of preserving became a thriving business. We love our community and want to see it thrive through increased access to sustainable and locally-grown food.
What Do We Offer?
Equine Services
We are fans of equines (both big and small!) and offer unique services to help out the horse community.
Serving North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia cleaning mares, geldings, stallions, and donkeys of all sizes.
Is it necessary?
Failing to clean your horse’s sheath, udders, and vulva to remove the build-up of dirt and sweat can cause irritation, pain, and infection.
Galloping Grazes Natural Preserves
All of our products are made by hand in small batches, giving each preserve its unique homemade taste, and ensures only the freshest ingredients end up on your table! Our mouth-watering flavorful alternatives to the average store-bought products are made with no artificial ingredients.
Due to our commitment to local farmers and fresh fruit and veggies, our stock rotates regularly. Make sure to check what we have available!
All Jams are available in 4 and 8 oz jars.
Sweet Jams:
- Peach- Perfectly sweet with chunks of peach and wonderfully spiced with our secret mix!
- Strawberry– This soft, spreadable jam is a fan favorite with all the natural sweetness from locally-grown strawberries.
Savory Jams:
- Sun Sugar Tomato– Undeniably unique jam with the sweetness of fresh tomatoes and perfect spreadability for burgers, sandwiches, or even a chicken glaze.
- Basil– The ideal balance of sweet and savory can spruce up any charcuterie board and is bound to impress!
- Jalapeño Mint– Enjoy the kick of jalapeños but without the burn, a pleasant mix of spice and coolness.
All Jellies are available in 4 and 8 oz jars.
Sweet Jellies:
- Peach Pepper- A seriously addictive blend of sweet and spicy, a wonderful addition to cheese and crackers or as a glaze for shrimp or chicken.
Savory Jellies:
- Mild Pepper- Versatile and adaptable, this jelly is perfect for the whole family with its mild spice.
- Hot Pepper- Prepare yourself for the kick! This jelly contains more jalapeños than the mild and is the perfect holiday appetizer.
*Note: All pepper jellies have a mixture of green and red bell peppers.
Our preserves’ sizes vary between 4 to 32 oz jars.
Sweet Preserves:
- Fig- The owner’s personal favorite, this preserve flawlessly captures the sweetness of fresh figs paired with a touch of vanilla, perfect for an ice cream topping!
Savory Preserves:
- Garlic Dill Pickles- Pickled dill grown directly from our garden, blended with garlic and other spices for a tantalizingly good blend!
All Sauces are available in 16 and 32 oz jars.
Savory Sauces:
- Pepper Vinegar- This spicy sauce can be paired perfectly with meat, veggies, beans, soup, chili… the possibilities are endless! Contains bell peppers, jalapeños, banana peppers, and onions with our secret mix of spices.
All Syrups are available in 8 to 32 oz jars.
Savory Syrups:
- Lemon Basil Syrup- Though it’s a simple syrup, it’s anything but simple! Delicate, zesty, and wonderfully refreshing on a hot day, this syrup is ideal for mixing in water, tea, and mixed drinks.
